CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Cancellation Policy DEPOSITS • A deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward your service total. • $50 for all brow services (new sets, combo, nano, corrections, and limited offers). $20 for Perfecting Touch Up. $30 for Brow Color Refresh. $20 for In-Person Consult (new clients). • Deposits are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS • Online cancellation is not available. To reschedule or cancel, please call or text us at 954-658-3408. • Reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit will transfer to your new date (one time). • Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice, or a second reschedule, will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS • No-shows forfeit the full deposit. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Every brow appointment includes consultation, mapping, and shaping. We only begin once you approve your design. • If you have previous permanent makeup, please send a clear photo before booking so we can assess your brows. TOUCH-UPS • Perfecting Touch Up is for JaneBrows clients, 6–8 weeks after the first session. • Nano Hairstroke and Men's Nano Brows do not include a touch-up.
